GOEGrade of execution
The judges can give plus points if they think an
element was well executed or minus points if they
think the element was badly executed. The judges
use the scale {-3,-2,-1,0,+1,+2,+3} for this, as
shown in the columns J1, J2, ...

The mean value of the judges scores is transformed
to a score correction via a table lookup. This
correction is called "grade of execution" (GOE).

ScoreProgram component score
The score for a given program component
equals the mean value of the judges scores.

If more than three judges are present, the
lowest and highest score are removed
before the mean value is calculated.

To get the total score, each mean value is
multiplied by a factor from the column
"Factor" and added.
